So here is my Jinny Beyer Harlequin Charm top done, just need to attach the mitered borders. I never buy kits, so this has been a fun departure. I think I will hand quilt this? We shall see.

Whooee! Snow Day

   Better late than never! Sunshine this morning......quit service early, slid into my driveway (a controlled slide) made up my mind to stay home, then our Bible study called and cancelled! So now I'm in my fleece Mickey Mouse shirt, looking for a book!
   We had a big, intrepid group out, but by noon, most were back at the KH collecting cars.......

What a difference three hours makes. The first picture was taken at 7:30, the last at 11:45. Beautiful both times.

I spent a great morning with Jane and got my first, yes you heard right....my first block all stitched down. Whoo hoo!! Four months but if i would have shut up maybe you wouldn't have remembered. Hehe. Also added to my bow ties! I love, love, love how these turn out. Going to need fifty gazillion to finish but the journey is very fun. I hear that is what it is all about.

Another quick project done!

Made pillowcases for my niece and nephews coming to visit. There's nothing like a new pillow!!

Long overdue project done!

My nephew is only four! These were blocks signed by people at his baby shower. I sewed them into a quilt and got the binding done this morning.

Part four...almost done!

So I'm still a bit behind, but I have parts one thru three completely done. The 64 geese from part 4 are stitched, just need final pressing and trimming. I don't know how they'll all go together, but I laid out a "block" that we **might** do?!

Cutting done for parts 2 & 3 of mystery

I'm a little behind since my geese aren't done yet. I have about 85 sewn now. All the rest are cut. Part 3 is cut now too. Sewing soon...probably not much until the weekend after service.
